The first three priorities funded project activities and the fourth, Technical Assistance, covered e.g. the costs generated by the programme’s administration and implementation. Each priority wass divided into two measures, in which the contents of the activities were specified more in detail. Projects related to the horizontal themes (environment, equality and information society) were funded through all priorities.
