It is possible that the project produces material which comes under the Copyright Act. In that case it is recommendable to agree on the copyrights and their transfer in writing.
According to the Copyright Act the author always has the copyright - in other words for example a project planner, who draws up material for the project. A sufficiently original or individual form of expression is a prerequisite for a copyright. A copyright can be transferred to another person, company or society by a contract. Unauthorised use of copyrights will lead to a liability to compensate.
